FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Product and authenticity

Are the clothes authentic?
Yes. We only sell original items. If an item raises reasonable doubts, it is not listed.

Are the photos of the exact item?
Yes. The photos are of the actual product you will receive (we usually work with single-unit stock).

What does “8/10” or “9/10” mean?
This is an indicative assessment of the overall condition (fabric, logos, possible signs of use, etc.). If there are any significant defects, we will indicate them in the description and/or show them in photos.

Can they show signs of use?
Yes. Many items are vintage or second-hand, so they may show signs of wear that are normal for their age. We always try to make this clear in the product description.

Can the color vary from the photos?
There may be slight differences due to lighting or how it appears on each screen. If a detail is important (stains, snags, wear), we show it explicitly.

Sizes and measurements

How do I know if it will fit me?
The size and (where applicable) measurements in cm are listed on the product page. It's best to compare it with a similar garment you own that fits you well.

Do vintage sizes run differently?

Yes. As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase.

Who pays for the return shipping?
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or not in compliance.

Under what conditions must the product be returned?
It must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Before shipping, we take photographic records of the item and packaging; upon receiving the return, we verify them.

When will the refund be issued?

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes in my country?
If your order is going outside the EU, it's possible. These costs (tariffs, local VAT, customs handling) depend on the country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
